DANVILLE, CA — A Danville man has been charged with one felony count of child pornography, the Contra Costa District Attorney’s Office announced Friday.

Andrew Oliver Kallick, a 33-year-old former campus supervisor at John Baldwin Elementary School in Danville, was arrested on Aug. 9 after police found child pornography on a laptop inside his home, according to a news release from the district attorney. He was released on a bail after his arrest and is awaiting an arraignment date.

San Ramon Valley Unified School District spokesperson Ilana Samuels told Bay City News that Kallick was placed on leave as soon as law enforcement told the district about the investigation, and he has since resigned. Samuels said the investigation did not show any connection to his work in Danville.
